1449 Kingsway (DP-2025-00885) cannabis retail development application

The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to develop on this site consisting of:

• A change of use to Cannabis Retail
• A total proposed floor area of approximately 1,300 sq.ft.
• Hours of operation:
  • 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
