1450 W 64th Ave (DP-2022-00200) development application

This application is scheduled to go to Council for public hearing. The public hearing has been postponed until further notice .

Merrick Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and change the use of this existing Heritage "B" one-family dwelling to one dwelling unit in conjunction with Cultural uses and to convert the existing garage to one dwelling unit, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.51 for the site (Approximately 2,492.90 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of approximately 23.00 ft. for the Heritage building
  • A proposed height of approximately 13.33 ft. for the converted Accessory building
  • No vehicle parking spaces

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
