The Director of Planning approved the application on April 25, 2025, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents”.

Diamond Group Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site consisting of:

  • To develop a two-storey infill ingle detached house at the rear of the site
  • A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.25 for the site (approximately 1,100 sq. ft)
  • A proposed height of approximately 27 ft.

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
