Banks Architecture & Permitting has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Restaurant Class-1 to Cabaret on Level 2 (Unit #200), operating alongside the existing Cabaret use on Level 3 (unit #300), in this existing commercial building, consisting of:
