Mallen Gowing Berzins Architecture (MGBA) Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A seven-storey building consisting of Electrical Products Manufacturing, General Office, Restaurant Class 1 and ancillary uses
- A height of 30.5 m (100.06 ft.)
- A Floor Space Ratio of 2.99 (4,782.0 m² / 51,468.0 ft²)
- Parking and loading having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
