This application was approved by Council on June 9, 2026, following the Council Meeting on June 2, 2026.

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from IC-2 (Industrial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of an 17-storey building and includes:

  • 160 hotel units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 16.4; and
  • A building height of 53.6 m (176 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan and Hotel Development Policy. 

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
