JP Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver to perform interior alterations and a change of use from Retail Store with ancillary Fitness Center Class 1 to Small-Scale Pharmacy, consisting of:
- A proposed floor area of approximately 1,556 sq.ft.
- Hours of operation: 9:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Sunday
Under the site’s existing MC-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
