The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 1510 W 71st Ave and 8733 Granville St from C-2 (Commercial) and RM-3A (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a six-storey mixed-use building. This proposal includes:

  • 74 secured market rental units;
  • Commercial retail space at grade;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.38;
  • A floor area of 5,259.3 sq. m (56,612 sq. ft.);
  • A building height of 23.0 m (75 ft.); and
  • 46 vehicle parking spaces and 154 bicycle parking spaces.

The application is being considered under the Marpole Community Plan.
