Aform Development Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add, alter and convert this existing character single detached house (Building 1) to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing three dwelling units and, to develop an infill single detached house (Building 2), consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately
    • 31.5 ft. for Building 1
    • 24.5 ft. for Building 2
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 1.4 (approximately 5,580 sq. ft.) for the site
  • Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
