1527 Main St (DP-2025-00793) development application

Dialog has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

• 22 and 18-storey towers connected by a podium with commercial uses at grade and 363 market rental units above
• A height height of 70.1 m (231 ft.) and 58.3 m (191 ft.)
• A floor space ratio of 5.97 (30,836.56 m² / 331,922 sq.ft.)
• Loading and vehicular access from the lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, and enacted on July 08, 2025. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
