Canderel West 7th Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 22-storey, mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • 122 strata residential units
  • Two storey replacement and expansion of La Maison de la Francophonie and commercial use at grade
  • A proposed FSR of 8.0 (178,707 sq.ft.)
  • An approximate height of 69.5 m (228 ft.)
  • Five levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane

Under the sites proposed CD-1 zone, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
