Rize Alliance Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To perform interior alterations
- To change the use from Retail Store to Small Scale Pharmacy with Medical Office
- Change of use of approximately 4,621 sq. ft. in this existing mixed-use building on this site
Under the site’s existing CD-1(591) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
