The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 19, 2022.


Johnnie Fox’s has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for outdoor seating areas to be used in conjunction with the Restaurant Class-1 and Neighbourhood Public House use on the site at the above-noted address, consisting of:

  • Approximately 1,469.0 sq. ft. (patio 1 and patio 2)
  • Proposed hours of operation: 9 am – 11 pm, seven days a week

Under the site’s existing CD-1(504) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
