The Director of Planning approved the application on November 2, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
EDG Homes Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop three one-family dwelling buildings consisting of:
- A total height of approximately:
- Building 1 - 29.4 ft.
- Building 2 - 26.7 ft.
- Building 3 - 25 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio for the site: 0.75 (approximately 4,500 sq. ft.)
- Three parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
