The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 3, 2024.


Haeccity Studio Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add, alter and convert this existing character Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing one dwelling unit and three housekeeping units to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units and, to develop an Infill single detached house (Building 2), consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 35.1 ft. for Building 1, and 25.5 ft. for Building 2
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 1.45 (approximately 5,870 sq. ft.) for the site
  • Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
