The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 18, 2024.

Alex Glegg Residential Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and add to the existing single detached house (Building 1), and to develop an Infill single detached house (Building 2) at the rear, for a total of two dwelling units for the site
  • A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.29 for the site (approximately 8,793 sq. ft.)
  • An existing height of approximately 32.08 ft. (9.78 m) for the single detached house (Building 1)
  • A proposed height of approximately 26.59 ft. (8.10 m) for the Infill single detached house (Building 2)
  • A total of five parking spaces having access from the adjacent lane and from Drummond Drive

Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
