The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 2, 2022.


Forme Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four multiple dwelling buildings a total of 19 dwelling units, consisting of:

  • A Floor Space Ratio of 1.2 (1,683 m² / 18,118 sq. ft.)
  • A height of 12.6 m / 41.4 ft. (street-facing buildings) and 10.9 m / 35.9 ft. (lane-facing buildings)
  • 26 parking stalls and 42 bicycle spaces located on one level of underground parking with access off the lane

Under the site’s proposed RM-8AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
