Robert Chester Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey duplex on this site, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 34 ft.
- A total floor space ratio of 1.0 (approximately 4,000 ft²)
- Two parking spaces in rear garage, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
