1452290 BC Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Health Care Office to Health Care Office and Small-scale Pharmacy in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

• A total floor area of approximately 2,013.0 sq. ft., with the Small-scale Pharmacy use approximately 416.0 sq. ft.
• Small-scale Pharmacy hours of operation:
  • Monday - Friday: 6 am to 4 pm
  • Weekends and Holidays: 6 am to 12 pm

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
