The Director of Planning has requested you be advised this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on March 15, 2024.

LQ Design Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert this existing single detached house to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing four dwelling units, consisting of:

  • A proposed height of approximately 34.60 ft. / 10.55 m for the Multiple Conversion Dwelling building
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.97 for the site (approximately 2,940 sq. ft.)
  • One parking space having vehicular access from the flanking street

Under the site’s existing RM-4N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
