A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.25 plus 139 m² for the site. (Approximately 5,598 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately 44.4 ft.
Four vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
