The Director of Planning approved the application on April 12, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
B Squared Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform alterations and an addition to this existing multiple dwelling, consisting of:
- Two additional dwelling units, and an office on the main floor
- A floor space ratio of 2.06 (approximately 26,716 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing RM-5A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
