Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform additions, alterations and to restore the existing single detached house listed on the Vancouver Heritage Registry as a ‘B Building’, consisting of:

  • A proposed height of approximately 29.42 ft./ 8.9 m
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.38 for the site (approximately 4,535 sq.ft.)

Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
