The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the CD-1 (198) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to alter the land use provisions to allow for private childcare and additional I-2 District Schedule uses.
The proposal contains no changes to the form of development. The application is being considered under the existing CD-1 (198) District By-Law for Angus East Lands. The uses will be limited to the parcel located at 1700-1750 W 75th Ave.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
