Arc Studio has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and change the use from wholesale Class B to retail vehicle dealer for this existing building, consisting of:
- A floor area of approximately 10,214 sq. ft.
- A Floor Space Ratio of 0.85
- Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing IC-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
