A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.66 (approximately 22,520 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately 50 ft.
A total of 24 secured market rental units
One level of underground parking having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
