Medico Construction & Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Health Care Office to Small-Scale Pharmacy, in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

• Approximately 679 square feet
• Proposed hours of operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 pm

Under the site’s existing CD-1(63) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
