The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 7, 2025.
Intracorp Projects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a five-storey plus rooftop amenity level residential building at the front (South Building) and a four-storey residential building at rear (North Building) of the site, consisting of:
- A total of 109 secured market rental units
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.20 for the site
- A proposed total floor area of approximately 67,355.0 sq. ft./ 6,257.5 m²
- A proposed height of 43.17 ft./ 13.26 m (North Building) and 61.5 ft./ 18.76 m (South Building)
- All over one level of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
