WY Design & Construction Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, consisting of:

• To change the use to a Child Care Facility for a maximum of 26 children
• A total proposed floor area of approximately 2,300 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Under the site’s existing C-2A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
