The Director of Planning approved the application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 18, 2023.


Janks Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and change the use from Wholesale Class A to Small-scale Pharmacy, in this existing commercial building, consisting of:
