1777 E 47th Ave (DP-2023-00233) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on July 21, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Gradual Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and covert this existing multiple conversion dwelling containing three units to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing four dwelling units, consisting of:
- Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.87 (approximately 8,086 sq. ft.) for the site
- Existing height of approximately 33.5 ft.
- Four vehicle parking spaces, having access from East 47th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
