The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 19, 2024.


The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to perform interior alterations to combine units 1801 and 1811, and change the use from Restaurant Class – 1 and Retail, to an Animal Clinic on the ground floor level of this existing mixed-use residential building, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 2,030 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday – Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
