Stantec Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a one-storey plus mezzanine commercial building containing a Retail Store, at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 17,643 sq. ft.)
- Proposed height of approximately 38.1 ft.
- 21 parking spaces provided having vehicular access from East Hastings Street and the lane
Under the site’s existing MC-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
