2631 Victoria Dr and 1837 E 11th Ave (DP-2022-00073) development application

RWA Group Architects LTD has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and relocate an existing four-storey Multiple Conversion Dwelling and to develop a six-storey Multiple Dwelling, consisting of:
- 133 Secured Market Rental Units
- A combined proposed Floor Area of 83,163 ft2 (7,726 m2)
- A combined FSR of 2.86
- A proposed height of 67.3 ft. (20.5 m)
- One level of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
