1842, 1868, and 1878 W 37th Ave (SD-2026-00007) subdivision application

City of Vancouver has received an application to reclassify 1842, 1868, and 1878 West 37th Avenue from R1-1 subdivision category E to subdivision category B to obtain subdivision potential.

The minimum standards for category B and E are:

• Category B: minimum parcel width 40 ft., minimum parcel area 3,600 sq.ft.
• Category E: minimum parcel width 75 ft., minimum parcel area 6,750 sq.ft.

Following receipt of comments, this application will be reported to City Council with a recommendation from staff.
