The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 30, 2024.
Merrick Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a new four-storey (laneway) infill residential building with five dwelling units and to restore and rehabilitate the existing Heritage building to include two dwelling units.
The proposal includes the following:
- Height of 40 ft.
- Total FSR of 1.64 (7,096 sq.ft.)
- Three surface parking having vehicular access from Ted Northe Lane
Under the site’s existing RM-5B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
