MCMP Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site a six-storey, mixed-use commercial building with Industrial on level 1 to 2 and Office on level 3 to 6, with:
- A proposed height of approximately 30.5 m (100.0 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 4.5 (5,072 m² / 54,591 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking providing 53 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing I-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
