Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four townhouse buildings, all over one level of underground parking, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 32,405 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 40 ft.
- 24 vehicle parking spaces, having access from SW Marine Drive
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
