The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 2, 2023.
Gradual Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To add, alter, and convert this existing one-family dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units, including:
- A total height of approximately 35 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio: 0.62 (approximately 2,482 sq. ft.)
- To develop an infill one-family dwelling (Building 2) in the rear portion of this site, including:
- A total height of approximately 25 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio: 0.23 (approximately 908 sq. ft.)
- Three parking spaces provided, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
