The City of Vancouver has received an application to develop this site with a six-storey apartment building. The proposal includes:

  • 72 social housing units
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 2.04
  • An approximate floor area of 4,020.0 m² (43,271 sq.ft.)
  • An approximate height of 24.1 m (79 ft.)
  • Seven vehicle parking spaces and 84 bicycle parking spaces

This development application follow the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on February 21, 2023, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
