JP Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor seating area, to be used in conjunction with the existing Restaurant - Class 1 tenant at this mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • Proposed hours of operation: 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week
