JP Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor seating area, to be used in conjunction with the existing Restaurant - Class 1 tenant at this mixed-use building, consisting of:
- Approximately 2,732 sq. ft.
- Proposed hours of operation: 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week
Under the site’s existing CD-1(704) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
