The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 18, 2023.
Vancity Permits has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform exterior alterations to this existing townhouse building, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.40 for the site (Approximately 12,628 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 38.6 ft. for the rear building
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
