The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on June 3, 2021, and was refused.  It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Campos Studio has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations to expand into the adjacent unit, and change the use from Retail Limited-Food to Restaurant – Class 1 with ancillary brewery, at the above-noted address, consisting of:

  • Total of approximately 2,670.0 square feet
  • Proposed hours of operation:
  • Monday to Thursday, 2 pm - 12 am
  • Friday and Saturday, 2 pm - 2 am
  • Sunday, 2 pm - 1 am

Under the site’s existing C-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
