Kitsilano East Development LP has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

• 183 secured rental units
• An approximate Floor Space Ratio of 6.5
• An approximate building height of 65 m (212 ft.)

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
