Urban Solutions Architecture Limited has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey (plus roof top access) mixed-use building with retail at grade, and apartments, over two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane on this existing site, consisting of the following:
- Proposed FSR of 3.0 (61,097 sq.ft.)
- Proposed height of 83’-6” (to top of roof top access)
- 73 strata units
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
