SP Architects have applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add, alter and convert this existing two-family dwelling to a three-storey Multiple Conversion Dwelling, containing five dwelling units (including one rental unit) consisting of:
A proposed height of approximately 31.6 ft./ 9.60 m
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.35 for the site (Approximately 5,030 ft²/ 467 m²)
One surface parking having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
