The Director of Planning approved the application on April 25, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Fastmark Development Corp. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey ground-oriented townhouse multiple dwelling building on this site, including:

  • A site total of six strata market dwelling units
  • Approximate total site Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 FSR (795.80 m² / 8,566.00 sq.ft.)
  • Approximate maximum height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
  • One level of underground parking providing a total of seven parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning to be approved by Council, this application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
