The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 24, 2022.
Architectural Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new two-unit multiple dwelling at the front of the site and a new detached one-family dwelling with two-car garage, and one adjacent surface parking space at the rear of the site including:
Total site Floor Space Ratio of approximately 0.75 FSR
Total Heights of approximately 35.1 ft (10.67 m) for the front building and 25.0 ft (7.62 m) for the rear building
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
