2 E Broadway (DP-2022-00184) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on June 29, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Chard Development Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a 12-storey, mixed-use building with Retail and Office lobby uses at grade, and General Office use above on storeys 2 through 12, consisting of:
- Height of 147.66 ft.
- Total FSR of 7.5 (121,018 sq.ft.)
- Three levels of underground parking with 118 stalls having vehicular access from the rear lane
This proposal is subject Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
