Llano Developments Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a single detached house in the front and a single detached house at the rear, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 2,442 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 35 ft. for the front building
- A proposed height of approximately 17.25 ft. for the rear building
- Zero parking spaces
Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
